We are now using the webinar platform Zoom. We are absolutely loving it and highly recommend it! It is very user friendly and have SO many benefits!
We you get on your first webinar via Zoom, you will click on the link that the host has provided, then your computer will possibly ask permission to launch or download the Zoom application.
Next you will see:
Fill this out and then click Join Webinar and you should be good to go!
There are many features including Q&A section, Chat, Polls, etc.
Please ask it through the Q&A section so the panelists do not lose the questions within the chat.
When in chat, make sure you click the everyone button so your chat conversation goes to everyone instead of just the panelists.
