Hi! I'm Kelly Thorne Gore, the Founder & President of iBloom. I am so excited about this new division to iBloom- iBloom Health. This is quite personal for me. I've been on a 20-year cycle dealing with numerous health challenges: crazy hormones & menstrual cycles, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Sarcoidosis, Hashimotos, Anemia, very difficult pregnancies & births, struggling with my weight, and the list goes on.

The last couple of years, I've been on a journey to heal my body from the inside out. I know that in order to live my best life and fulfill the roles that God has for me, then I have to invest in ME and my wellness. However, as a busy woman, it's HARD to make time for the things that I know are essential to my health - things like menu planning, cooking healthy meals, exercise, adequate hydration, and self-care. I often joke that it's a full time job just to stay healthy. Ha!

So, what I LOVE about iBloom Health is that we have built in accountability & support on the health journey. I no longer have to do this all on my own. There are an amazing group of women doing it right along with me. We share menus, healthy recipes, tips, and tricks. We have competitions that keeps us motivated & focused on accomplishing our health goals and living our best life.
