God created you for a purpose. I know that you have a sense that He has something more for you. But, there is something holding you back from reaching the success you really desire. And, perhaps you find yourself saying things like…

  • I don’t have time.
  • I don’t have money.
  • I don’t know what to do.
  • I have too much to do.
  • They won’t buy from me.
  • I can’t do that- it’s too far outside of my comfort zone.
  • They said “No”
  • I don’t have a good support system.
  • I can’t do this. It’s too hard.

Does this describe you? If so, you’re in the perfect spot!

In 12 years of running iBloom, I’ve discovered ONE thing that holds most Christian women back from reaching their goals, living the life they love, and fulfilling all that God has for them.

This ONE thing shows up in the form of really good (and quite legitimate) reasons.  But, it really all boils down to ONE big thing…their level of personal growth.

“Personal growth is the great separator of those who succeed and those who do not.”

John Maxwell

Is it possible that your personal growth is holding you back from what you really desire?

It’s what held me back for YEARS, but it came in the form of very legitimate reasons like:

  • I don’t have time for that.
  • I don’t have the money to invest in that.
  • I’m not a sales person.

It’s quite sneaky, isn’t it?!

If your current level of personal growth is holding you back, that’s actually a really good thing because it’s something you have complete control over! And, it’s something you can begin to change TODAY!

Several years ago, I was at an event with John Maxwell and he shared a story from his early 20s when his mentor asked him, “What is your plan for growth?” When it was clear that John didn’t have a plan for growth, his mentor goes on to say, “Growth is not an automatic process. If you’re going to grow, then you’ll have to do so intentionally.”

Those words instantly stung.

Of course, I wanted to grow in many areas of my life, but what was my plan for growth?

The reality is that I didn’t have one. I had plans for everything but my personal growth. I was reading hundreds of books, listening to podcasts daily, reading blogs and articles. Of course I was learning and growing, but not in an intentional way. It was haphazard growth and it showed in how I was living my life.

What if there is a different way? What if you could embark on an intentional journey toward growing into the woman God desires you to be? What if you could squelch those really good (and quite legitimate) reasons for not seeing the level of success you desire?

I’ve spent the past couple of years doing just that and I’ve been AMAZED that as my personal growth has developed my confidence and determination has grown. Those legitimate reasons are still there, but I now find a way around them because the end result is far more important.

I want to invite you on this journey with me – a journey that will help you become the person that God desires you to be and accomplish the things He desires for you to accomplish. I’ll help you avoid the overwhelm and give you a step-by-step plan to follow. Plus, you’ll be in community with like-minded women who also have big dreams and want to make a difference in the world.

This is your opportunity to be one of the founding members of my new membership…The iBloom Community!
