I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember.

I’ve tried all of the fad diets. I’ve lost weight, but only to gain back even more.

In the last 10 months, I’ve gained 45lbs. Yikes! 25lbs of that was from when I was pregnant with Hannah. However, when Hannah died I just didn’t have the energy or mindset to go back to my healthy routines. So, not only did I not lose the baby weight, but I managed to pack on 20lbs more.
