  3. I am so so lucky to live close to the ocean. I pamper myself by walking the beach or the lagoon. Yes…there’s nothing like breathing in the fresh ocean air, listening to the waves crash onshore and move my body!!

  4. I pamper myself by going to the gym and having a personal trainer. I started working with a trainer in July of 2010 and haven’t stopped since then. It keeps me in a positive place. If I am off sick, it doesn’t take very much time for me to start missing my training and those endorphins. I know I would not push myself the way a trainer pushes me. As much as I love the ocean, I wouldn’t trade my training to play in the ocean. That says a lot. I love the beach!

  6. My plans got cancelled last night leaving an unexpected free evening to pamper myself. My favorite way to spend these evenings is to exercise, then cook a fun meal for myself, then curl up on the couch with my cats and read a good book. As an added bonus, I got to talk with my good friend Kate (Lori’s daughter) on the phone!
