  1. I LOVED this video!
    When I’m stressed, I like to walk. I love prayer walking and just looking around at all that nature has going on in whatever season it is! I also like to listen to music and journal- it helps to get my thoughts down.
    When I’m stressed, sometimes I want to be around family and friends and sometimes I just want to be alone. I let people know so they can be praying and to check up on me! 🙂

  2. I love the video and it was nice to see Kelly’s husband join in!! 🙂 I deal with stress in different ways. It depends on the situation. But overall I try to see the positive in every situation. I often say that everything happens for a reason.Eventhough we may not know what the reason is we have to trust that God has a reason for putting us through the situation. Deep breathing in through your nose and out your mouth while saying “I am” (during the inhale) and “relaxed” (during the exhale) is a trick I was taught years ago and continue to do this day. I’ve even taught my girls to do this especially if they aren’t feeling well. It seems to really calm them down. 🙂 Have a great week!!

    Wonderful video!! It’s important for all of us to realize that everyone deals with stress!!! None of us is immune! Sometimes just realizing that helps!! One of the BEST everyday stress releasers for me is a good hearty belly laugh! I have a couple “go-to” friends who help me turn irritating issues into something to laugh about with the perspective that “this too shall pass.” Isn’t it WONDERFUL that God gave us the gift of laughter??!!
