  2. My top 5 for this season of my life:
    Relationship with God
    My marriage/ Hubbie
    My daughters/ parenting

    Making our home a haven

  3. My most important reasons for taking this journey are:
    To build a closer relationship with God.
    To learn to live and love in the teachings of Christ.
    To be a better and more loving, compassionate person.
    To become a better mother and grandmother.
    To be a better friend and sister.

  4. I’m going through this journey with my husband and some girlfriends.
    My top 5 values are:
    Having a loving and healthy relationship with my husband
    Respect and respectful people
    People who authentically have a zest for life
    Nonjudgemental relationships with family and friends
    Caring for/serving others, letting them know they matter and they are valued

  5. My word for 2012 is stronger.

    Physically: limit sugar, exercise daily, disciplined and prayerful eating, challenge myself by competing in a mini-triathalon, lift weights.

    Spiritually: weekly bible study, quiet time daily, journaling, find a church home, pray intentionally and expectantly, build trust

    Emotionally: get out of my comfort zone and reach out to others, invite people into my life (riding horses, art workshops), entertain more(after church), control my thoughts(positive in-positive out), be creative (stained glass, photography, painting, etc.), take a vacation somewhere inspiring

    Mentally: challenge myself to be excellent at work, read 6 books, take classes to learn skills (photography, listening, etc)

    Financially: save all I can, keep a detail of all spending, be aware of giving where the Holy Spirit leads

    Family: to write a book on memories with my boys, to keep an open heart, to be a good communicator, to let them know they are loved

    Work: to exceed expectations, to encourage those I work with, to take on more leadership responsibilities

  6. The 5 Things I Value the Most Are:
    1. My daughters
    2. The health of myself and my daughters
    3. My friends
    4. My family
    5. The ability to work from home and be here for my daughters every day.

  17. My theme is rebuilding.
    I intend to rebuild my relationship with God, my relationship with my husband, my relationship with my grandkids. I also intend to rebuild my physical health and my emotional health. It’s going to be a great year.

  18. The 5 things I value most in this season:
    My relationship with God – quality time with Him and being obedient to His calling.
    My husband/marriage – cultivating love and friendship
    Being a mom and helping my kids to grow
    Being healthy – working on getting to my goal weight and health right now
    Building my career – moving into management

  19. The 5 things I value most this season are:
    Growing in love and obedience for God
    Family – serving them and showing them that they are important
    Writing – stewarding my opportunities well
    Friends – making time, remembering birthdays
    Loving my life – I have spent many years in survival mode. It is time to squeeze the last drop out of those means and make lemonade!
