  1. I’ve made all my appointments! YAY!

  2. June is my “doctor month” I will be going to the dentist, my healthy living doctor and my gynecologist. I have learned to make my appointments for my next visit BEFORE I leave their office or I tend to forget.

  3. Gosh, as a Registered Nurse I seldom if ever go to a doctor. I have been seeing my dentist.
I use great nutrition and follow Dr. Pompa’s advise (online). With gratitude…God’s blessed me with a very strong constitution.

  4. Michele says:

I don’t have health/vision insurance so without those I cannot afford to get the checkups I need. 🙁 Perhaps I can look into getting affordable insurance this week so I can go ahead and make (and keep!) those necessary appointments. Have a great week!! 🙂

i do my women’s appointments in may…..when i was 45 i SUDDENLY had a UTI come on one evening that i went off to the ER were a CAT scan showed a mass that turned out to be kidney cancer that was removed the very next month. they determined that it was a kind that i probably had since infantcy! i had been having some symptoms that were mistaken as hernias that i went in for surgeries which of course turned up to be nothing. my adrenal glad was so upset, that even now, seven years later i have no energy or motivation and must rely on my thoughts to force myself to do anything.

  6. Rosalynn says:

Great timing – thanks for the reminder! I will schedule my dental check-up and re-schedule 2 other doctor appointments that I’ve missed. You’re right – we have to schedule the appointments and then GO to them.
