    My favorite healthy snack? Well that’s like asking which of my daughters is my favorite!! 🙂 I love all kinds of fresh fruits and veggies and so do my girls. We are going to attempt another garden this year. Fingers crossed, the chipmunks will keep out this time!! 🙂 Have a great week!!

    I love spring time with fresh fruits. My favorites are grapes, strawberries, and Granny Smith apples.

  4. I love eating apples and celery with peanut butter; I actually buy an organic brand now! I also love chocolate almond milk which helps those cravings we have! 🙂

    I love fat-free Greek yogurt! It gives me the protein I need for my workouts and there is even one that has caramel!!!

    I know a book can’t be written over night, but I am ready for more iBloom books!!! I love the ones I have. They are different from the vanity published books of others that seem to be written to increase egos and make money. I love how you share the proceeds of your books too. That is a TRUE Christian witness!

    Healthy eating suggestion: NEVER reward yourself with food! I have found all sorts of ways to reward myself–a new Bible–probably why I have about 30 with different interpretations! A magazine or a book is also a good reward. People can come up with their own based on their personal likes and dislikes. Eat to live, but don’t live to eat!

  6. I love eating baby carrots and hummus. I’m not a big raw veggie fan unless it’s a salad but if I can dip veggies in hummus it adds great flavor. Hummus is a great alternative to ranch or blue cheese veggie dips. I normally just get store bought hummus (sabra is my favorite), but when I’m in the mood to create, hummus is fairly easy to make.

  7. My favorite snack is homemade black bean dip, with baby carrots to dip, or baked pita chips. Yum!
