What kind of stillness are you referring to?

  3. This is great as I am learning to be still and listen. It’s challenging. What I’m learning is that the same way I try to listen to what my body is telling me when it doesn’t feel right, is the same practice I must make to be still when I’m ushering in the presence of God. I haven’t thought about having a journal next to me. I will add that.

    Thanks for the encouragement!

  4. Thank you for those encouraging words I needed that

  5. Thank you for the reminder…and I love the idea of setting aside a day of stillness and listening once a month…or even a morning once a week when everyone is gone out of the house.
